We believe in clear and transparent pricing, so you know exactly what to expect when booking us.
Our base rate starts at $300 for a 2-hour performance within 30 miles of Kewanee, IL.
For locations/time beyond that range, additional costs apply based on the following factors:
Distance: For venues beyond 30 miles from Kewanee, IL, we charge $1.25 per mile.
For example, a performance in Chicago (120 miles beyond our base range) would add $187.50 to the total price.
Duration: Our base price covers a 2-hour performance and set-up/teardown time, but if you need us for a longer timeframe, we charge $100 per additional hour for the total time we are required to stay.
For example, if we need to start playing at 2 PM and perform intermittently with breaks until 8 PM, we would charge for the extra 4 hours (4 PM – 8 PM), adding $400 to the total.
Set-up and tear-down time (about 2.5 hours total) is already included at no extra cost. We typically arrive 90 minutes before the first set and leave 60 minutes after the show ends.
Note: Total performance time will not exceed 3 hours, even if the event runs longer.
